Before Your First Class

First-timer checklist

Wear grippy socks

Bring your own for stability and safety.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early

Give yourself time to check in and settle in.

Bring water

Stay hydrated. You'll be glad you did.

Wear fitted clothing

So you can move freely and your instructor can see your form.

Tell your instructor you're new

They'll walk you through the basics and offer modifications.

Share any injuries

It helps us tailor the class to your body.
